Plot: Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell decides to work as commercial pilot. He later is faced with a challenge after he finds out that the plane contains an explosive. His top gun students aids them to land the plane safely no matter what.
Tom Cruise made a name for himself in the Top Gun films. Its considered to be a masterpiece. I’m a big fan of Tom Cruise, although not the Top Gun franchise, I respect him enough to watch it and share my concept for a 3rd film. The Top Gun Maverick was a huge hit. I watched it and didn’t understand the hype. I honestly wanted more action, so for the 3rd part I imagine Maverick working for the commercial airlines. Then it will be rigged with expl0s1ves so the team will need to rescue him and the passengers.
This plot opens up more action as the bad guys will be attacking while they are being saved on air. The 3rd act I imagine them safely landing and then Maverick hops on a jet to face the bad guys for one final showdown. Since his has an 80’s vibe I made sure to use an 80’s vibe music which I chose from THE FALL GUY trailer 2 music. Act 2 I introduce the plot of Maverick working as commercial airlines pilot while flying with the team. The plot was inspired by the film TOP GUN DANGER ZONE. I think this idea of adding more action will get more viewers and fans for the Top Gun franchise.
